Blue Mountains Food Co-op 30th Birthday

This was meant to be just a short sojourn in our Saturday but both children had such a marvelous time we ended up staying around 7 hours I think.

Ouch

For three days now I've had awful stomach cramps starting in the mid-afternoon. I am hereby officially diagnosing myself with colic (the horse kind, not the baby kind). I've obviously been eating too much lush spring grass!

A community cafe

The wonderful (and aptly named) Joy whom I consider to be very definitely a part of my tribe despite having seen her less than biannually in the last 15 years is working hard to get a brilliant idea of hers off the ground.
